Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Sale or clearance items are non-returnable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

You will be notified once your refund is processed.


Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve it promptly.
